The LUMI Limited Product Warranty (‘Limited Warranty’) is offered by LUMI Therapy to customers who purchase LUMI products either directly from LUMI Therapy or from an authorized retail partner. This warranty is applicable to the specific LUMI products listed below and ensures that they are free of defects in both materials and workmanship, granted they are used in accordance with the published guidelines during the specified warranty periods.
However, it’s important to note that our 'Renewed' products are exceptions to this rule. These items might exhibit defects in materials or workmanship and possibly have cosmetic damage or other issues. They are sold at a lower price with the understanding that they are not perfect. Consequently, the warranty offered for our 'Renewed' products is limited to 30 days from the date of delivery. This limited warranty covers significant manufacturing defects that inhibit the normal use of the product.

The Lumi Warranty Period will commence on the original date of purchase of the product from Lumi or an authorised retail partner. Any local consumer law rights for non-conforming products remain unaffected. Please note that by using a Lumi product, each purchaser agrees to be bound by the Warranty as set out below. For any warranty issues, please reach out to us by phone or chat anytime. All Limited Warranty services must be authorised and performed by Lumi or a service provider authorised by Lumi.
