Please read these rules before entering the 'Enter To Win' giveaway promotion by Lumi Therapy Ltd. By submitting an entry, you agree to follow these terms and conditions and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. The term "you" refers to anyone who submits an entry. The promotional materials, including information on how to enter, are also part of these rules. If there is any conflict between the promotional materials and these rules, these rules take precedence.

How to Enter

Complete the online entry form above by simply proving your email address to reveal a discount code (which can be used at point of purchase) and then by accepting the Lumi email subscription sent to the email address you provide. Entries submitted through other methods won't be accepted, only those submitted through the official entry method. To ensure entry into the competition, you must accept the Lumi email subscription and make sure to submit your entry before midnight on the last day of each month. Lumi Therapy is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or corrupted entries or for computer errors. Using automated devices, or "bots" is not allowed. If you try to cheat or violate the rules, your submission may be disqualified at the discretion of the sponsor. Each person can only win one prize, regardless of the number of entries. While the promotion may be mentioned on Instagram and Facebook, it is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by them. You agree that Instagram and Facebook have no liability. Your information will be used as stated in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the promotion, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United Kingdom. However, employees of the promoter, their immediate family members, affiliates, advisors, agents, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as anyone involved in operating or fulfilling the promotion, are not eligible to enter. The promoter may ask entrants to provide proof of eligibility. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the promoter can give the prize to another entrant and request the return of any prize already given. Only entries that have accepted the Lumi email subscription will be entered into the competition. If you enter this promotion by providing your email address and accept the Lumi email subscription, then decide to opt out of the email subscription, your entry into the competition will be removed from the draw and will no longer be valid. You can however re-enter into the competition at any time.

Prizes

One winner will be randomly drawn every month from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a random selection of Lumi Therapy products, up to the value of £1000. The winner is responsible for any personal or incidental expenses. The winner is not responsible for any VAT, national, and/or local tax liabilities associated with acceptance and use of their prize. Prizes are not transferable. In the event that, for reasons beyond Lumi Therapy's reasonable control and not related to the winner, Lumi Therapy is unable to award the prizes as described in these Official Rules, Lumi Therapy reserves the right to award prizes of a similar nature and an equivalent value.

Drawing and Prize Redemption

One winner will be selected in a random drawing every month from all eligible entries received. Only entries that have accepted the Lumi email subscription will be eligible. The awarding of prizes will be conducted by Lumi Therapy, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. Lumi Therapy will notify the winner by email using the email address they provided as part of their entry to the promotion. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries through a further random draw. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility in order to claim a prize and/or a publicity/liability release. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The prizes will be sent to the winner by post to a postal address within the UK notified by the winner in advance.

Winner List

Lumi Therapy must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize award took place. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to have their first name and county featured in publicity materials relating to the promotion without further reference, payment, or other compensation. Such details will also be made available to entrants and the public on request by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Lumi Therapy - Enter to Win Competition, 1 Marsh Green Road North, Marsh Barton, Exeter EX2 8NY. If an entrant objects to any or all of his or her name and county being published or made available, please contact us via our helpdesk. In such circumstances, the promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

During the course of the promotion, we will collect and process entrants' personal data (such as first name, last name, email address, city, and country). This information may be shared with our agents and affiliates (including those outside the European Economic Area), such as where it is necessary in order to conduct the promotion, including for the prizes to be delivered to the winner. If entrants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when entering and taking part in the promotion, they may not take part in the promotion. We may also use entrants' personal data to send newsletters or other promotional or marketing communications where the participant has opted to receive such communications (participants may opt out of receiving these communications at any time).
